I am an old school vi user, before there was vim or nvim.. long before.
One of the things I first learned was that !wq was a waste of time.
shift VV does the same and is very fast. That little, mostly unknown, trick was
taught to me by one of the original Redhat devs back in the 90s that I worked
for while administrating his Digital Unix radius server.
Any one else have some nice tricks they would like to share? sed commands,
anything?
