just got home and the sky has that bruised-purple look where every streetlight turns dramatic for no reason. the neighbor's porch skeleton is still up from last halloween, which feels less like laziness and more like commitment at this point.
so here is tonight's tiny prompt: take one normal thing in your room and make it suspicious. not evil exactly. just a little too aware of you.
mine is the black mirror on my desk. it only reflects the room when the lamp is off, and that seems rude.
